why i came late for work

March 25, Tuesday

louraine's graduation day. got up before 6am and did louraine's face. wala syang choice, nanay was too busy getting her own face done. while she irons her hair, i plucked all my kikay thingies, brush, eye shadows, blush one, at kung ano ano pa. we were done by 7am. i still can't imagine how we were able to pull it thru, anyway, mukhang okay naman ang kinalabasan. at least hindi sya nagmukhang clown.

pano ba ang buhay adik?

nagkita na the night before, chismisan like there's no tomorrow, cam whoring like it's the last night of our lives, gulping coffee like it's our last...

then the day after, when u get online, get to the confi, hindi pa rin maubusan ng kwento (some adiks will even get online right after the night session, some upload pics, and some.. well, sadyang sagad sa buto ang pagka-adik)

idagdag pa na everyday (mondays to fridays) na ginawa ni lord ay walang ginawa sa confi kundi magdaldalan, though some have their alibis when leaving the confi - print, mating, katabi boss, bili fud, gym, xerox, lunch, meryenda, walk in d park, atbp.

pero hindi lang naman kami daldalan, some topics are sensible naman like the latest news. yes, updated kami sa current events. socially relevant topics are always included in our chikahan. updated din kami sa showbiz world, recent favorite is greta. ask kung sinong starlet ang nabuntis lately, alam namin! and then there's the free consultation with our doctors, usually it's with doc rowsee. pm lang sya kung medyo nahihiya sa i-c-consult na ailment. at siempre pa, ang paboritong topic ng lahat, seks. yes, buhay na buhay ang chatrum pag yan ang topic, ang isang adik nga dyan ay nag-o-online as early as 7am, makahagilap lang ng seks related chikka.

ito na ang buhay namin, our days would never be complete pag walang confi, and coffee on weekends (minsan weekdays, depende kay kendi). kung isa kang ka-batchmate who happen to stumble here, send us a note, u can pm me so i can add u at ym and send u the ym of our other batchmates (slash adiks). send me your mobile too, para textmates tayo =)

Saberdey Adventure

March 14, Friday Night

friday session. kendi and doc rowsee picked me up at past 8 in the evening. then picked up gracie at juana. we were first to arrive at starbuck's shell in mamplasan. the rest of the peeps followed after - jep, muy, greysi, linney and our new "recruit" jona.

we left early this time - at 12 midnight (we usually end our "sessions" at 3am).

March 15, Saturday

roadtrip to hidalgo. got at gracie's at 10am. jep and kendi were already there. we left at around 10:15. was supposed to meet jay, the new bff, at magallanes. but since he was caught in traffic, we stopped by at starbuck's in waltermart to wait for him. shortly after ordering our coffees, he came (thanks to jep for the free tea and doughnut!).



we reached hidalgo in a breeze. walang trapik. got a good parking slot, too. we headed to mayer's for our 430ex. the price was a bit higher than we expected, but got a good deal anyway since we jep haggled for a free light diffuser. the photos below are our test shots using our brand new flashes.



we spent the next hours making rounds at the shops in hidalgo. gracie bought a soft case (we call tampipi) and a uv filter for her 50mm lens. bff jay sold his kit lens and bought a remote control. jep bought a battery grip for his kuya (at meron pa atang iba that i wasn't able to take note of). kendi, si kendi ang aming bodyguard. hehehe.

we left hidalgo (our "heaven" as per jep) after two hours and had lunch at dayrit's in magallanes. gracie and i had bangus na kasing laki ng shark.



jep dropped the three of us at gracie's, where kend's left her truck. we went for ice cream at the nearby mini stop and started calling the other adiks - greysi, doc rowsee, gagay. greysi was going to kezra's pedia, gagay can't be reached. doc rowsee, whom we just woke up, agreed to meet us. we went to dem's mamu at mariquita to see tanya and thea. below are our pics



after about an hour, kendi and i went to pick up doc rowsee then will make tambay at kendi's. gracie texted afterwards, brownout daw sa kanila, so they also headed to kendi's. below's our family pic at kendi's



heading for dinner, we texted greysi to follow at gracie's mamu's. we had porkchop dinner. thanks to gracie for the dinner treat!





we left at past 11 in the evening. thanks to gracie and dems for the ride home =)

kaladkarin na kung kaladkarin! but how can i refuse? there's free food, free ride, another photo opportunity with gracie's cute kiddies, at siempre ang walang humpay na chikahan.

Fab Feb Celeb

February 29, Friday

at work, been counting down the minutes since lunch time ended. at exactly 6pm i made a dash for the exit. friday payday, and there's a rally in makati cbd. himala sa lahat ng himala, traffic was flowing smoothly (same went with the other adiks who came all the way from south). was able to flag down a cab not long after, reached market market at 7ish. saw gracie and dems who was carrying my baby (gracie texted me earlier while i was still riding the taxi that she'd take my 'baby' for a walk. dems dropped at our house to get it dahil adik kame sa pics, too much cameras are never enough!).

we made ikot ikot at market market, gracie bought a dainty yellow flats. then we went to friday's to confirm our reservation made by nonie saved under gracie's name for 15 persons. kendi, manny da hubby and cacay came afterwards, took pictures, then greysi, took pictures again, nonie and armin, took pictures and lastly, cielo, then took pictures again.

waiting for our tables took a long time, that we alternately went for the logbook para lang mangulit if our tables were already ready. greysi and nonie placed our orders while still waiting to save time.

at last, our tables were ready, and we were ready to eat! picture picture pa rin while dining. our birthday ice cream came in the middle of the meal, with about 10 or more crews singing and dancing. picture picture ulit. after we're done with dinner, picture picture na naman. aika, our waitress, was able to pull through a very difficult back breaking position when dem and gracie's cam was held. kelangang magkasya kame on its 50mm frame!

coffee at starbucks after dinner, and since the place was so crowded, we were accomodated at armin's shop in serendra - habi. cielo bought cupcakes for everyone. kim, jep and angge followed. tambay tambay, picture picture, kwento kwento. around past 1am, we went to gonuts, angge's hungry kasi.
